About My Practice

I offer one-on-one physiotherapy sessions that are tailored to your body, your goals, and what your system needs on that particular day. Appointments are booked by time rather than treatment type, allowing us the flexibility to choose the most appropriate approach during your session.

You don’t need to know exactly what kind of treatment you need before booking. Simply choose the length of session that works best for you, and we’ll decide together how to use our time.

My Clinical Approach

My work blends orthopedic physiotherapy with a whole-body perspective. I am interested in how the musculoskeletal system, fascia, organs, and nervous system interact and influence pain, movement, and overall wellbeing.

Depending on your needs, treatment may include a combination of approaches from my clinical toolbox.

Treatment Approaches May Include

• Myofascial Release & Fascial Mobilization

Hands-on techniques that work with the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to help restore mobility, reduce tension, and improve how different parts of the body move and communicate with each other.

• Women’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Assessment and treatment for concerns related to the pelvic floor and pelvic region, including pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, bladder concerns, and core function.

• Visceral Manipulation (trained through the Barral Institute)

A gentle manual therapy approach that works with the mobility and function of the internal organs and their surrounding connective tissues, supporting better movement, circulation, and nervous system balance within the body.

• Somatic Experiencing–Informed Work (developed by Peter Levine)

A body-based approach that supports nervous system regulation by helping the body process and release patterns of tension or stress that may contribute to pain or dysfunction.

• Acupuncture / Dry Needling

The use of fine needles to help reduce pain, release muscular tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

• Exercise Therapy & Movement Rehabilitation

Personalized exercises and movement strategies designed to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and long-term resilience.

Not every session uses every approach. Your treatment will always be individualized based on your goals and what your body needs that day.
